Kristy Modrow has served as the State Legislative Chair since 2019, is a member of the St. Cloud State University (SCSU) ASF Meet and Confer Committee, and is a Steward. Previously, she served as the SCSU ASF Secretary (2019-2021) and as a member of the Meet and Confer Committee (2014-2019). Kristy has also served as the ASF representative on the MinnState Law Enforcement Education Reform Taskforce and locally on the Professional Improvement Fund Committee and Parking Appeals Committee. She is the Student Relations and Experiential Learning Director in the SCSU School of Public Affairs and previously worked in Alumni Relations. Prior, she worked in Student Life and Development at Century College. Kristy has been a member of MSUAASF since 2008 and holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration, MS & BS in Mass Communication.

Bonner Karger is Director of Transfer Operations at Bemidji State University. He has been involved in BSU ASF since 2014 on the Meet & Confer team, and later the President-elect, President, and Past-President roles. He currently serves on the MSUAASF Negotiations team as the lead contract negotiator from Bemidji. He is involved in many campus and State committees including Strategic Enrollment Management, Transfer Improvement, HLC Accreditation, Transfer Pathway Team, and several others. Bonner earned a BS in Geographic Information Systems from UW-Madison, and an M.Ed. from Minnesota State University-Moorhead.
