On Thursday, June 22nd four members of MSUAASF took part in the annual Penny Scholarship golf fundraiser. Todd Kanzenbach and James (Gully) Gullickson from MSU Mankato, Eric Fotsch from Metropolitan State, and Jim Anderson from MSU Moorhead represented ASF in this fun event. Students United will be celebrating their 50th anniversary this fall, and our continued support of the Penny Scholarship is greatly appreciated by their organization. Those representing ASF met many great students and other MN State staff and alumni at the outing.
This past year, a work group within the State MSUAASF Board was assembled to revise the State MSUAASF Constitution and By-laws as neither document had been significantly reviewed for several years. Per a recommendation from the State Board at its March 23-24, 2017, meeting, several constitutional amendments are presented to you for ratification. You can review both the current constitution and the proposed constitution at www.msuaasf.org/resources/constitution/. All by-law changes will be considered by the State MSUAASF Board per language in the constitutions (both current and proposed). Watch your U.S. Mail for a ballot from Teamsters to cast your vote.
