Current collective bargaining agreement (contract)
The MSUAASF Collective Bargaining Agreement (commonly referred to as the contract) is negotiated every two years. The negotiations committee is made up of a representative from every campus, three members of the ASF State Board, and a business agent from Teamsters Local 320.
The 2023-2025 contract was ratified by members and approved by the Board of Trustees in September 2023.

State Constitution and by-laws
The State MSUAASF by-laws were ratified December 9, 2021. The Ad Hoc status of the Scholarship Committee (Constitution Article 3, Section 9 (G)) was approved by the State ASF Board on 4/29/22.
